Proposal Drafting · Pre-submission pipeline

How drafts get here

A draft enters this view when a capture plan is generated via the /capture-plan <funder> command in the capture-engine skill. The system pulls funder profile JSON, IGPO won-before history, Dim-8 routing, and writes a 12-section capture plan + status entry. Move stage by clicking the status pill.

Proposal Evaluation · Color-team reviews

Shipley / Leonie color-team review status per active capture. Sequence: Blue (pursue/no-go) → Black Hat (competitor analysis) → Pink (strategy alignment) → Red (score as evaluator) → Gold (executive go/no-go) → White Glove (24-hr pre-submission) → Green (post-award lessons).

How reviews get triggered

Reviews run via the capture-engine skill — invoke /color-review <color> <funder> or directly via the black-hat, pink-team, red-team, gold-team subagents. Each writes its report to <funder>/captures/<call-id>/<color>_<date>.md and posts to the status API.

Ingest · Drop sources the crawlers can't reach

Daleel Madani exports, ALAP call docs, DARPRE digests, IGPO calendar updates — anything the bot stack can't fetch directly. Ingested items get parsed and surface inside Calls alongside everything the crawlers pulled. Same view, single feed.

Files land in Calls within the next build cycle. Approval routing stays with Nahed.
